Stayed: February, 2010 My husband and I stayed at the Aria over Valentines weekend. I was really looking forward to staying in the "grand'hotel. The pictures were awsome. I bought the promotion package through Yahoo. The picture showed an open window from a deluxe suite of the strip. When I arrived to check in I was given a room without a view of the strip. I asked for a room with a view of the strip and it was 15.00 dollars extra a night. I hesitated, but said okay. When I got to my room (The room was just okay) The curtains opened up and lo and behold there was a big yellow ugly building in front of my window blocking the view of the strip. I had to laugh. I had to ask for bar soap as there was none in the powder room. They were very chintsy with their soaps. I was not impressed really. If I could compare hotels and casinos, I would rate Redrock the best bet. The rooms are big and spacious, and they give you a newspaper every morning. Plus, they have very nice bar soaps. My husband does business in Vegas every month and we have stayed in many hotels there. The Aria was a BIG disapointment for the money.
