Poor Customer Service & stale smelly rooms

The room was not spectacular as you would imagine for Caesars. Poor Customer Service. Manager didn't even think to apologize for having me on hold for 22 minutes or the fact that I requested an extra blanket that NEVER came (after 3 phone request). The view was terrible. No sign of the strip, only another building. I could have dealt with that, if the customer service was at least polite. Never Again!!! Forum Shops nice, hotel Don't Do It!!!

I've stayed at the
Cosmopolitan = Awesome!!!!
Venetian = Fantastic
Aria = Phenomenal!!!!

I mean hotel & Customer Service is Beautiful. Don't waste your money or time staying at Caesars Palace. They obviously make enough money to NOT appreciate mine!!!

Awful wine in Seahorse Lounge

So I stay in hotels at least five times a year and I know my wines. This hotel is supposed to be one of the best ones in Las Vegas. I was outraged at how cheap the wine tasted in the Seahorse Lounge for $11/glass, before tipping!!! The bartender wouldn't even give a wine list.

The good part is, the pool area is really nice. Our room and bathroom was very nice in the Octavius building. A few other bad part was: All the restaurants were far too expensive ($79/person). No free coffe in your room. No free jacuzzi. The parking is REALLY FAR, if you drive). Long lines at checking in.

We finally found our home away from home

We have come to Vegas each year for the last 6 years as a get away for my wife. Each year we stay in a different hotel to see where we get the best Vegas experience. All I can say is WOW!!! We are not high rollers or big spenders, we are your average middle class family who value every dollar, but the entire staff at the hotel treat you right. It is clear just by watching the staff of Caesars that the Vegas experience is important. All very polite very courteous. Very clean. The pool area is spectacular and has an area that fits every individual.
Thank You Caesars Palace. You made trip #6 the best trip ever

Watch out for the Cabbies
When coming from airport just tell your Cab driver to go Paradise to Flamingo boulevard. That is about $15.00 to mid strip (Flamingo). Alot of them will try to get you to go the freeway. It is alomost like stealing money from you. Same trip with asshole cabbie will cost you $30.00

A WEEK IN VEGAS FOR NEW YEARS

GOT A GREAT DEAL FOR MY ROOMS AT CAESARS. TRYING TO GET TO THE HOTEL ENTRANCE WAS A BIT ANNOYING. VALET WAS FULL AND THERE WAS NO ROOM TO UNLOAD LUGAGGE. PARKED IN THE PARKING GARAGE AND THE ELEVATORS TO ACCESS THE CASINO WERE ALWAYS CROWED AND CRAMPED (NOT TO MENTION A LONG WAIT FOR THE ELEVATORS AND TO TRY AND HURRY AND GET ON).

CHECK-IN WAS SHORT AND SIMPLE. TRYING TO GET TO THE ROOMS IN THE PALACE TOWER WAS IRRITATING, WALKING WITH LUGGAGE AND A HANGOVER. LOL. ONCE WE GOT TO THE ROOMS EVERYTHING WAS BETTER. LIKED THE NEW AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS. BEDS WERE COMFPRTABLE. LOVED THE MINI BAR OPTION AND THE FLAT SCREEN (KINDA SMALL).

VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE BATHROOMS, LOVED THE PHONE IN THE TOILET ROOM, LOVED THE STAND-UP SHOWER AND THE JET TUB(VERY BIG AND OVERSIZED). WAS A VERY COMFPRTABLE STAY EVEN WITH 4 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM. ONCE YOU GET TO KNOW THE PROPERTY THEN IT MAKES THINS ALOT BETTER.

ENJOYED AND HAD AN AWSOME EXPERIENCE TIME AT PURE NIGHTCLUB. GOT THE VIP BOOTH AND HAD GREAT SERVICE. WILL FOR SURE HAVE TO GO BACK. WAS A GREAT TIME THAT TOPPED OFF A FULL LONG WEEK IN VEGAS FOR NEW YEARS. WON SOME BIG MONEY AT THE CASINO AND THEN SPENT THE CASH LIKE IT WAS NOTHING. WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WILL FOR SURE BE GOING BACK TO CAESARS.

Amazing time at the Caesars

Recently stayed at the Caesars Palace for my birthday, friends from all over the came to meet me there and we had a crazy time. Check-in was a breeze and I recommend you take the upgrade option its really worth it. One of our friends got his upgrade at a cheaper price and after taking it up with the check-in desk they update our upgrade pricing as well.

Casino, food, and nightlife were all a joy. Pure nightclub was so much fun, after you finally get in. We got free entry with your hotel key. Definitely worth going to for a night out with your friends, although drinks are a bit expensive so try to fill up ahead of time.

To conclude I had a great time on my birthday, the hotel was center strip close to all the main attractions and I would defently recommend you check it out. Also dont foget to drop by for a visit at the Cheese Cake Factory, yammmmiii...
