Summer hours are 9 am to 9 pm.
Fall and winter hours 9 am to 5 pm.

About the Pool at Circus Circus Las Vegas: Three pools located at each of the towers that don't offer much but do what they need to do and that is refresh you on a hot day, getting a shaded place is on a first come first serve basis but don't worry you're sure to freshen up once you hit the water and the snack bars are never far away.
