Stayed: June, 2009 the Hotel did noy offer tooth brush and ask you to buy bu yourself in the gift shop. When I asked for the hot water and wanted to have a hot water kittle machine, the hotel did not offer the the hote water machine and ask me to pay for that! Complaine to the duty manager, but he ignore!!! Terrible service, even worst than the 1 star hotel, first time experienced that kind of hotel!!!!
