New York City’s iconic Overstory bar is coming to Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a one-night-only pop-up at Azul, an agave-driven bar and lounge located off the Fontainebleau Las Vegas casino floor, on Tuesday, June 4 from 4 – 8PM. Overstory was recently named the #3 Best Bar by 50 Best Bars North America 2024 and was named the #17 Best Bar by 50 Best Bars in the World 2023.
– Jade Rabbit with green chili and Shiitake mushroom infused Casa Dragones Blanco
– Dark Horse with coconut-washed Blanco tequila
– Valencia featuring mezcal, amaro, sour lime cordial and bitters
– 9th Island Highball made with mezcal, pineapple liqueur, and allspice dram
– Pink Tuxedo with Haku Vodka, Pisco, and Cherry Blossom Vermouth
– In The Clouds with scotch, earl grey tea, and clarified milk
– Terroir Old Fashioned with toasted palo santo infused reposado tequila
– El Bandito with Blanco tequila and a tomato water and green yuzu cordial.
