Stayed: November, 2007 There are over 100 sharks, fish, sea turtles and rays in a huge saltwater aquarium. It starts out kinda cute as you enter a temple in some kind of rain forest with jungle noises and everything. You walk through the temple setting and view all sort of exhibits with gators, sea turtles, monitor lizards and other kinds of fish. The second part is where it gets interesting. You come to find tunnel underneath the HUGE aquarium with very large sharks swimming overhead close enough that make you step away from the glass. From the tunnel you get led to a big room which is surrounded by the aquarium. You'll find a "touch tank" in the center of the room where you're allowed to feel some ocean life, (horseshoe crabs, small sharks, star fish, rays and more). Check out the tank full of jelly fish its mesmerizing! There's no one to rush you and you go at your own pace and take as long as you want. It took us 30 minutes to see the entire exhibit and we didn't feel like we were rushing. |
