We had seats front centre 3 rows back in the poncho section. If it was just water that hit me I wouldn't mind but I think it was banana pudding & I had it all over the side of my face & in my hair. I just wanted to go wash it off. If you like a lot of the same thing go for it. There was some really funny parts but over all not so good. DON'T GET A SEAT FRONT CENTRE. |

Oh yeah, the review! The food was an 8 out of 10, service was an 8 as well. The show had great effects and everybody was very in sync with each other. I would go back in a second! Even without this guy. Greek God. Maybe. |

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Seriously the worst show I've ever seen. Nick: cartoongirl From: Los Angeles, CA | Overall Exprience:
Let me start out by saying that I've never reviewed anything online in my life. Always figured it wasn't worth the hassle. But if doing so prevents even one person from wasting their money on this show, then it was worth it. Let me also say that I am (or, rather, was) a HUGE fan of "Mindfreak," which is why I ignored all of the horrible reviews of "Believe." I mean, how bad could it be, right? The answer: really, really bad. Everyone in our party hated the show, and as we were walking out of the theater, we overheard a bunch of other people around us talking about how bad it was. First, there isn't really any "Cirque du Soleil" aspect to the show, other than some interesting costumes on the dancers, and three "clowns" who were, quite frankly, more entertaining than Criss. Second, the "magic" was downright embarassing, and was more like watching an amateur magician in a high school talent contest (with a few flashy effects and puffs of smoke). I mean, we could literally SEE and/or EASILY figure out how each of the 5 or 6 tricks were done (yes, you read that right -- there were only about 5 or 6 tricks in the whole show). Given how bad and obvious the "tricks" were, I am now certain that the TV show is totally fixed. I mean, there is no way his magic can be that impressive on TV, yet so ridiculous in person. Third, Criss had absolutely no charisma, which was perhaps the worst part of all. It wasn't bad enough that his attempts to be witty fell totally flat, and consisted mostly of references to the "drunk" people in the audience. No. Even worse was the fact that, when Criss would try to be funny, there was often total silence in the theater. Talk about awkward. We were cringing, trying to give courtesy laughs, and hoping that no hecklers would start yelling stuff from their seats. Bottom line, I really wanted to like this show, but it was just downright awful. I am shocked that it is still running. Sorry Criss. |

Stayed: November, 2009 Just got back from Vegas! Six of us had 3rd row tickets to see Criss Angel, and we all walked out disappointed! We were/are all huge fans of the A&E show, but the Vegas show just didn't work for us. You can tell a lot of time & effort has been put into the show, but it just didn't work. We seen Lance Burton last year and it was a much better show. Criss seems like a super great person, and tries to connect with audience, and of course our wives thought he was hot! Maybe our expectations were too high? I didn't want to see dancing and "beautiful" costumes...I expected off the wall stuff! I expected mindblowing illusions, and I expected raw magic with an edge.......we didn't really get that. Sorry Criss, but I am trying to tell it how it is. |

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Amateur Production Nick: Mark From: Eugene, OR | Overall Exprience:
In a song and dance show, I expected that the main vampire would sing or dance, not pull out num-chucks (twice) as his only talent! The one and only singer in the show was good, but most of the music was recorded rock music. The main girl was a good dancer, but it looked like a junior high schooler choreographed the routines. |

Stayed: October, 2009 If you are a Beatles fan or even if you’re not a fan, after you see this show you will be! I highly recommend Love Cirque du Soleil. This show is full energy from beginning to end with the actually audio from jam sessions and the Beatles music comes to life with the all of the dancing, acrobatics, amazing stunts and all the Cirque du Soleil magic. It is a surreal with all the imagery and is more than just a show but a true Beatles experience. If you are planning a trip to Vegas it’s a must see! I’ve seen at least 30 shows including O Cirque du Soleil and in my opinion Love was better. |

My husband and I were incredibly excited to see Love. He is a huge Beatles fan and after seeing "O" the previous year we were really looking forward to this show. After seeing the show we were both very disappointed. The feats/tricks being done were simply not on par with what I have come to expect from Cirque shows. While the music was terrific I did not get that sense of wonderment I normally feel while watching a Cirque show, only a sense of boredom. Both of us felt we wasted our last night in Vegas on something that we did not enjoy. I often see many positive reviews on this show and I can't help but wonder if these people actually enjoyed the show or if they are trying to rationalize spending $165 on something as mediocre as this. Do yourself a favor and see "O" or Mystere. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Boring! Nick: JH From: CT | Overall Exprience:
Not as expected. The show was 90% talk and 10% trick. I actually got sick of the sound of Penn's voice. The explanations were interminable leading up to the trick which was usually a disappointment. The set was bare. No Vegas glitz here. If you are a fan then go but we got our seats at the half price booth and still felt ripped off. |

As for the seats I would suggest skipping the VIP seats and getting regulars seats they are just the same in my opinion. |

Stayed: September, 2008 I really loved this show. It was fun. Everyone has a chance at winning and it seems like the only people that don't like this show are the one's who didn't win anything. I was fortunate to be one of the people who got called to contests row. I won my heat and got to play cliffhanger. Now I will agree, that just like the price is right, they want you to lose. If you have watched the show and know how the games are you might win like I did. I won the washer and dryer prize. They offer every prize with a cash option. Now it would have been nice to get the retail value, but they only give you what they paid for it.
With all that said, I walked away with $580.00 and didn't have to fill out a tax form due to the prize being less the 600.00.
It was worth the 50.00 we paid for the ticket. |

Even if you get free tickets for this show, don't waste your time. This can be the biggest rip-off in the history of show-biz. The magic is almost none existent and if any very elementary, part of the show is the replay of his TV show on the screen, and the show totally lacks any class and tact that is provided by Cirque du soleil. Trust me, if you find any positive remarks regarding this show it had to come from the insiders. Save your money and precious time. |

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Not anywhere near worth $50 per ticket! Nick: Brian From: Ontario, Canada | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: July, 2009 Bought tickets right @ Bally's for this show. $49 per person. It sounds great - 50 contestants win throughout the show, and a chance to COME ON DOWN. Well don't let the hype and advertising fool you.
25 of the 50 winners and simply people drawn in blocks of (5) and your gift is AFTER the show and consists of 1,000 casino points?! Not sure what you are going to do with them - gamble more, or get a t-shirt or something.
The show is cool, in that it is like the REAL show - however sucks because of the prizes....
When you are in contestants row you bid on items like a portable dvd player, a piece of crap watch, etc. Stuff all valued at like $100-$200.
If you are successful you go up on stage and then play your game. Here's the funny part - what do you win? A fridge, or washer and dryer and stuff. Well if you are not from VEGAS - how the heck are you getting that home? I am sure the freight would be more than the item is worth! I SUSPECT that people likely forfeit their prize when they find out the taxes and then the shipping cost. Hence maybe making it available for the NEXT show.
Then there's the showcase showdown. You can WIN A NEW CAR, but unlike the show where it goes to the closest bidder (without going over), your bid needs to be within $100 of the actual retail price. Amazingly our showcase with a cruise, Nissan car, and some other stuff was only $9995! Everyone bid $16-$26k which seemed more realistic.
Hence what I am trying to get at here is the show is engineered for you to lose. The only "fair" game I saw was Plinko where at least you get cash.
Anyways, if you are die hard Price is Right fan, it is cool. Just don't expect anything for your $50 admission.
My rough calculations for the day we were there. 500 people x $50 ticket = $25,000. Total prizes given away - MAYBE $3,000 - $5,000 assuming people actually kept their fridges and ranges and stuff.
I thought it was neat, but don't recommend it if you expect anything from your $50.

I can't say the show amazed me but I had fun and our kids seemed to enjoy it. I think if they re-did the theater people might enjoy the show a little more because right now the theater and seats are pretty simple compared to the other shows playing in vegas and it takes away from the atmosphere in my opinion, but overall we had a good time and it was worth while. |

Boring to the point that my wife tells me, "I'm still waiting for the exciting parts." Boring to the point that my wife and I wanted to walk out in the middle of the show. Seriously folks. It was great for me and my little sister and I didn't have to worry about explaining everything (which i had to do during the entire performance of KA). I like to watch the TV program on A&E but this was horrible. I took my wife and 2 other friends to see it on 6/9/09. It was bad. It was Cirque show-like but made no sense. If you want to see his freaky magic then this is the wrong show to go to. The four of us paid almost $600 to see it. The experience getting the tickets was horrible too. They have an "old" system and "new" system when you buy tickets. When we called to confirm our show they had no record of us buying them. We were on the "new" system and it was crazy. Then the night of the show we had to wait in a HUGE line to get our tickets at will call (it is the same line for people buying tickets that night). Then we had to get back in another even longer line to get into the show. It was embarassing. After talking to some of the locals at the casinos they told me that it is a horrible show (too late for me) and that it's been getting really bad reviews. Please consider another show. We also saw Bette Midler and KA while there and loved both. We saw LOVE last time. That was awesome. Please don't see Chris Angel unless you want to waste your money. Read other reviews please. I'm not the only one. |

Stayed: April, 2009 Save your money on this show. The only redeeming quality was the music. The girls were attractive (but you'd expect that in a Vegas show, right?) however the whole premise was "corny" and the dance routines were at times even comical. I felt like I was watching a high school production and wondering why I paid top dollar to sit up close. And yes I did * yawn* during this show. Though the dancers in Crazy Girls were slightly "hotter", the girls in Crazy Horse Paris were nonetheless attractive but it was their "flirtiness" with the audience that I found capitvating. They knew how to work a crowd and make that seductive eye contact with every guy, and gal, in the audience. The music was incredibly good (too bad they don't sell the soundtrack after the show instead of those ridiculous photos they pawn off). I sat center stage, front row thinking that would be the best seat in the house, but I would actually recommend sitting back a little bit so that you aren't constantly looking up and straining your neck. Seriously, if you are debating which adult show to see - hands down, Crazy Horse Paris was the best. Pretty girls with plenty of artistry in the show (after all, staring at topless women after a while does get boring), excellent music, comedic interludes (the two guys stole the show) and just a fun time. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com The one show you can't miss Nick: monty From: california | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: February, 2008 The interaction with the audience, the heavy bass/rock music and stunning visual effects combine to make you one with the performance. The time flies by, leaving you wanting more. I've seen this performance seven times over many years and still see something new. Trust me, I've been dragged to some of the other headliner shows and was sorry I had spent the money for a waste of my time. You will enjoy yourself! |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Saw it a long time ago at Circus Circus Nick: Jessica From: Las Vegas, NV | Overall Exprience:
This show used to be at Circus Circus as one of the FREE midway shows. It was a very cute 15 minute act. The best part back then was when a little dog wore a saddle and a cat rode him like a cowbow! I am amazingly surprised at the prices they are charging now at Planet Hollywood. The show must be much longer for those ticket prices, so it makes sense that according to another reviewer they have filled it with dumb people tricks. My grandmother recently moved here from Maryland to live with us and I am looking for things to take a mostly deaf 91 year old lady with dementia to. I wanted to do this one, but not for the price! I DO LOVE THAT HE RESCUES ALL HIS ANIMALS FROM THE LOCAL SHELTER!!! |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com NOT WORTH 44.00 Bucks Nick: Ruth From: Columbia Falls,mt | Overall Exprience:
This would be an ok show if the tickets were maybe 25.00. But we paid 44.00 for the vip seating. And our seats were still not worth it. The theater is like a high school gym. The stage is at eye level so if someone tall sits in front of you can't see. The MC of the show was the best. Took our teenage sons they seemed to enjoy it. But for the money I would say skip it. |

Stayed: March, 2009 My friend and I saw the show back in July of 2008 and we liked it. We went back in March for my birthday and had an awesome time. The show is very entertaining and all the guys are really nice and interact with the audience and after the show they will talk to you while they sign the picture you get to take with them. This is one show we will defiantly be seeing again. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com um cheesy Nick: Tony C From: Corvallis,Or | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: March, 2008 Well, me and my girl went to this show because we decided stay at the Stratosphere and hey offered us these tickets. It was the cheesiest show I had ever seen and no amount of decent looking breasts would change my opnion. From the rock ballads to the rapist looking Dracula character it was all over the top and is the type of show I would expect from a hotel that offers rooms cheaper than most Motel 6s. That aside, if you're down for a great laugh and enjoy butt rock ballads and lots off boobies (this show was like a strip club with "class"), then this is the show for you. The best part of the show were the large stratosphere cocktails offered in the Lobby. I would recommend making them a double because these definitely made this show much MUCH more bearable. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Awesome!!!! Nick: LALA From: Tucson,AZ | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: March, 2009 I was excited to see Phantom not to excited about the price of the tickets but said ok what the heck. I am soooooo happy I spent the money!!! This has to be the most awesome performance I have ever seen! The cast was amazing! The props were WOW!!!!!!!!! The feel when it started was breath taking! DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW!!! It was worth every penny. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com BeLIEve in Criss Angel! Nick: T-Bone From: Anchorage, AK Stayed: February, 2009 Don't listen to the critics, they're full of gass! Criss Angel BeLIEve is an excellent show, complete with incredible production values, extremely talented entertainers, and of course, Criss.
We saw his newest version of his show on February 20th and loved it! An incredibly energetic show featuring some of Criss's trademark illusions, as well as the whimsical and erotic journey through Criss' fantasy world. Criss is a true Master illusionist! Well done and congratualtions upon the realization of your long-time goals and dreams! |

Stayed: July, 2008 I had a great time on my visit. Last time in Vegas my wife and I saw this show on a whim. Best value for your dollar(free drink tickets! and a show for this low price! on the strip!). Top comedians and great host. I felt the atmosphere was just right and everyone came out with tears from laughter. I believe they rotate the comedians but on the night I went, we had a blast. I highly recommend this show to anybody and I don't usually right reviews. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com A MUST SEE! Nick: Mike From: Minden, Louisiana | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: February, 2009 Although this is a topless show (about 1/2), after the first couple of acts you really don't notice it anymore. But when you do, they don't let you down. Years of dedication to the various dance styles are evident. The music is great. Although the ENTIRE cast is great, Kristen (Cat) is my favorite, and Cees and Cathy are great at what they do! Thanks for a GREAT show! |

Stayed: January, 2009 Just saw the production on Monday and sooo very happy that I was able to see this incredibly gorgeous production - beautifully sung with such a talented cast and the sets and entire production value was top notch all the way - best sounding orchestra too. Don't miss this wonderful production as it may not be there much longer and discount TKTS are available. A must not miss for any musical theatre and or Phantom FAN.
Have a great time at the show!

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Disappointed Nick: Spicy McHaggis From: Regina, SK | Overall Exprience:
The entertainers weren't too bad and the MC was actually quite funny but the overall experience was pretty disappointing. Stood in line for over 90 minutes because most of the seating is general admission, only to discover when we finally were let in that it's not even a real theater. Just a smallish room with a flat floor and regular, uncomfortable chairs. We got the tickets for free and I still wonder if it was worth it. I can't believe that people would pay for this. It reminded me of a cruise ship show sans the comfortable seating. |

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Very entertaining, had a great time Nick: Jules From: California | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: November, 2008 First thing, its not a "magic show" in the traditional sense, it is comedy, magic, and a little bit of improv. They're pretty upfront that what they do isn't really magic and they even show you how some of the tricks are done. I was impressed by their friendliness after the show, they signed autographs and chatted with the crowd, you can actually talk to Teller and he will even talk back, contrary to his stage act. They did not leave until everyone who wanted to see, speak to or take a photo had a chance. If you've seen them on TV and liked them, then definitely go! |

Stayed: October, 2008 Went to see Carrot Top at the Luxor, it was worth every dollar! We didn't stop laughing for a moment and the more we laughed the crazier he got. The theater has only about 25 rows so pretty much every sit is a good sit so don't bother getting the most expensive tickets they are pretty much all the same. I totally recommend this show, I don't remember my self laughing this hard in a very long time. At the end the entire crowed gave a standing ovation and he surely deserved it. |

Stayed: October, 2008 Amazing performance. My husband is not into Cirque and he loved this show. The performers are amazing and tallented. I could not beleive my eyes!!! Avoid Criss Angel, it was nothing like this show. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Wow! Dont miss it! Nick: EA From: New York | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: October, 2008 In my opinion the best Cirque show out there. The show takes place on a moving stage which rotates in different directions and even turns into a horizontal wall at some points, the stage seems like it hovers in mid air. The visuals are amazing and so is the choreography which seems like a mix of martial arts and Capoeira (Afro-Brazilian art form that ritualizes movement from martial arts, games, and dance). Its amazing to see how it all fits together perfectly. Although usually when you see a show sitting up front and close is the best but for this specific show because the stage rotates and goes up and down if you sit too close you might get your view blocked at some points when the stage moves a little higher at some scenes, so its best to get seats in the middle of the theater or back in my opinion. |

Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Good not great Nick: Magus From: Fremont, CA | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: April, 2006 The performers are very good and do a credible job of being the Rat Pack and, considering the talent of the originals, credible is damn good. We enjoyed the show and wouldn't mind seeing it again if it were at a different location. The Greek Isle show staff was surly, condescending, and argumentative. |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Great show - attend with an open mind! Nick: melanie From: orange county, CA | Overall Exprience:
Stayed: March, 2008 This show is funny and entertaining. Very suggestive... and if you sit close they may pick you out from the audience. Have fun! |
Review is the opinion of a member and not of Smartervegas.com Hmmmm.... skip it! Nick: MIKE From: TEXAS | Overall Exprience:
Since i'm a cat lover I decided to take my wife and go see this show. First of all let me say that I think the flyers for this show are misleading because I thought it was a show all about animals but the cats appear only in like 10% of the time and the rest is just a bunch of slap stick comedy and magic tricks which I didn't find that amusing. For the money we paid I would of rather gone to see another show.
As for the animal tricks Popvich says the cats just do whats in their nature to do but I didn't feel like the cats were happy to preform and to me it felt like their were a little scared. As for the theater don't even get me started, high school gym play, thats all I have to say. Overall I wouldn't recommend this show to one of my friends although some (the weird ones) might enjoy it, would be safer to bet on one of the more known shows. |
